As part of Agence Immobilier Marche Limousin, a fully registered independant French estate agency, our service covers the whole buying and selling process from property search and selection to completion, without any hidden fees or extra costs. You will not be asked to pay any secondary charge or consultancy fee for what we regard as normal customer service.

We will:-

• Always be open and honest with you
• Help you select properties from our portfolio that match your requirements
• Accompany you to all viewings
• Explain the buying process and keep you informed at all times
• Help you open a French bank account
• Help and advise you with a French mortgage if required
• Change the utilities into your name
• Arrange buildings and contents insurance (A legal requirement in France)
• Help you to find artisans and trades people if required
• Help and advise you on getting your children into school
• Provide translations of the bon de visite, mandat de recherche and the compromis
• Accompany you to the Notaires and translate and explain at the final signing
• Arrange power of attorney for you should you not be able to attend the final signing
• Explain and advise you on aspects on French inheritance law and liase with the Notaire accordingly
