This farmhouse with its huge magnificent barn has 29 hectares of attached land and the setting is gorgeous! Both house and barn have planning permission to be turned into houses and the charming town of Confolens with all shops and amenities, is only around five minutes drive-away.
The house is a blank canvas, with a new roof, a fireplace, and concrete floors but frankly nothing much else to make it a house but the stone work is so lovely that it would make a gorgeous home!
The barn (approx. 350m2 at floor level) is something else; I rarely have seen such a beautiful building! The wood work is superb and the stone walls are so attractive! There is a CU to turn part of it into a house (if you turned the whole lot into living accommodation you would end up with Versailles!)
